A 2022 meta-analysis of 81 randomized trials and over 7,000 participants found chronic exercise reliably increases energy and vitality and reduces fatigue, with moderate-intensity work especially effective for fatigue. The honest counterweight: exercise is not a cure for fatigue caused by an untreated medical problem.
