60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of receiving the package to request a full refund, no questions asked. It doesn't matter if the bottle is opened or half used — we want you to actually try the product. If you're not happy, we'll refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nuvirox.com with your order number and your full shipping address. We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid USPS return label — no need to worry about return shipping costs.

Your return label will be sent to you digitally via email, along with a QR code you can use at any USPS Label Broker location (most USPS post offices). Just show the QR code on your phone at the counter and they'll print the label for you — no printer required on your end.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us first — we'll send you the label and return instructions.

Refund Details

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Partial returns are accepted — if you ordered multiple items, you can return any or all of them.
