You have 60 days from the date of receieving the package to request a full refund, no questions asked. It doesn't matter if the bottle is opened or half used — we want you to actually try the product. If you're not happy, we'll refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nuvirox.com with your order number and your full shipping address. We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid USPS return label — no need to worry about return shipping costs.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us first — we'll send you the label and return instructions.

Refund Details

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. 

Partial returns are accepted — if you ordered multiple items, you can return any or all of them.
