1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
After your order is processed and leaves our fulfillment center, standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery within the United States.
Total Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

We currently offer standard shipping only and do not provide expedited shipping options.

6. Shipping Address Requirements
6.1 Accurate Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6.2 Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before your order is processed (within 1-3 business days). After processing begins, address changes may not be possible.
6.3 P.O. Boxes and Business Addresses
We ship to both residential addresses and P.O. Boxes. For business addresses, please include the company name and any suite or floor information.
7. Delivery and Package Issues
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable to receive package
- Customer refusal of package
The package will be returned to our facility, and you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend.
7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your delivery area for safe placement
- Contact the shipping carrier first
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@nuvirox.com within 48 hours
7.3 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us immediately at support@nuvirox.com
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

- Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days
- Shipping times may be longer due to carrier volume
- We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive deliveries
9.2 Large Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
9.3 Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock:
- We will notify you of the expected restock date
- You can choose to wait or cancel your order
- In-stock items from your order may ship separately
10. Package Protection

All packages are shipped at standard carrier risk. We do not offer additional shipping insurance.
10.2 Lost or Damaged Items
In cases where packages are confirmed lost or significantly damaged by the carrier, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution on a case-by-case basis.
