Has anyone actually tested creatine and NAD+ precursors together?

No. This is the honest gap. We searched specifically for combination trials, and none exist in the published literature as of this writing. What does exist is separate, fairly robust literature on each ingredient individually, plus mechanistic reviews noting that mitochondrial modulators like NR can pair with other metabolic-support compounds along shared pathways — but that's a mechanistic argument, not a tested one nicotinamide riboside enhances cellular NAD+ pools, activating sirtuin-dependent pathways and stimulating mitochondrial biogenesis, positioning it as one of several mitochondrial modulators studied for cardiometabolic and neuroprotective potential.
